AELIX AI · Automation & back-office

Hi, I'm Sabbir.
I build n8n automations that do the busywork.

Services

What I can do for you

Four services. Every job is scoped and priced before it starts.

n8n automation builds

Workflows that connect your apps, move data between them and take repetitive steps off your plate. Built and tested on my own self-hosted n8n.

B2B lead lists

Lists of businesses for the niche and location you choose, checked before delivery.

Bookkeeping micro-services

Small, fixed-scope tasks: accounts payable and receivable, ledgers and reconciliations.

Bookkeeping support only, not tax or accounting advice.

Visa document review

A check of your visa application documents for completeness and consistency against the checklist you are applying under.

Not legal or immigration advice. For that, consult a licensed adviser or the official authority.

n8n build reference prices

Small build$50A short, simple workflow.
Standard build$150More steps or integrations.
Larger build$300A multi-step workflow across several apps.

These are reference prices; the final price is confirmed after scoping. Lead lists, bookkeeping and document review are quoted per job.

OpenStreetMap lead pipeline (demo)

An n8n workflow that collected 558 local-business leads across four cities into a Google Sheet: Galway cafes (212), Toronto hairdressers (117), Dublin dentists (115) and Birmingham beauty businesses (114). It captured 166 websites, 166 phone numbers and 46 email addresses.

AELIX chat assistant

The chat on this site. It answers from a services FAQ and runs on my own server: an n8n webhook calling a local Ollama model. It uses no paid chat service.
